Coach: A representative of the sponsoring institution of higher education, typically a faculty member, must serve as or designate the team coach.
Contestants: Click here
Attendee:
Anyone from industry or educational institution nominated by the coach of the team to act as a coach.
Reserve: A subsitute for one of the team members, in case if he/she is not able to attend the onsite contest because of genuine reasons..
If your currently designated (on the Baylor site) coach is already a faculty/staff member of your university, AND he/she has registered with a university email ID, you may ignore the rest of this message. A postgraduate student is not considered faculty/staff.
If either or both of the above conditions is not true, please do the following to comply with ICPC rules:
(1) If your coach is a faculty/staff member of the university but did not use his/her university   email ID when registering, the coach should send us an email from his/her university email ID telling us that "I am xxx, coach of the team yyy, and have registered at Baylor under the email ID zzz.  My designation at uuu university is vvv. My phone number is nnn."  In case, if the institution where the coach is working as faculty member does not have an email domain, he/she may send a letter duly signed by the Head of the Institution or the Principal certifying the same.
(2) If the coach is nominating an “attendee” from outside institution or industry, then we need an email from the coach who designated attendee from coach’s university email ID stating: "I am xxx from yyy university. I have designated zzz to be the attendee for the team ppp.”

Before registration, form a team of a coach (a university faculty or staff member), three students, and an optional reserve.
One coach may have multiple teams.
Select a name for the team comprised of alphanumeric characters, spaces, and underscores, and collect everyone’s email ID’s and phone numbers.
The coach should then get a login ID at the Baylor site (http://icpc.baylor.edu) as a coach.  If he cannot use his university email ID, he may register with another ID, but unless he gets permission to do this from the Amritapuri ICPC staff, his registration may be cancelled.  This rule is to help ensure that the coach really is a university faculty/staff member.
Then he or she should register his team(s).  It may be necessary to request that his university should be added to the database before he can register.  Send email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with the university’s name if this step is required.  Specify the name of the campus or college in the university name, if your university has multiple campuses or colleges.
Registration for the online contest is required only at the Baylor site.
If your team is selected for the onsite contest, you have to register at the Amritapuri site also with details of registration fee drafts.
You may not add a reserve or change the team composition after the registration deadline without prior permission from Amritapuri, and such permission is usually not granted after the online contest is over.

Onsite Contest Registration will start only after the publication of the results of Online contest.  Registration Fee for Onsite contest:

Foreign teams: US$100
Indian teams: Rs. 3000
