23-12-2015 09:55 PM

We are extremely sorry for the flaw during the contest and keep you guys waiting for the final results. Here is the final rank list and following was the process to arrive at this to be most fair:

Amrita ICPC 2015 Onsite Ranklist

  1. We have merged the rank lists of DOMjudge and CodeChef sessions keeping the penalties and time of submissions intact.
  2. We have eliminated the time (duration of 2.5 hours) between the two sessions (on DOMJudge and on CodeChef) – resulting that the second was a continuation of the first session. This was done to ensure that no one is penalised wrongly due to the gap.
  3. We have removed the time gap between the submission and evaluation from the total penalty for those unaccepted submissions that were made on DOMJudge in the first session. This was to eliminate the penalty caused due to the non responsive behaviour of the queue in the first session. The judging delay is calculated by (judging_time – submission_time).
